Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any Dotto Card Co. service (grading, marketplace, Dotto Life, live shows), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or transact on the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Grading opinions are subjective assessments performed by trained graders using proprietary AI assistance. Grades are final upon slabbing and are not guaranteed to match any other grading company's opinion.

Dotto operates as a venue between buyers and sellers. Sellers are responsible for accurate listings and timely shipment. Dotto's Buyer Protection program governs disputes and refunds — see the Buyer Protection page.

Platform fees: 7% for free members, lower for paid members. Standard payment processing fees also apply.

• Fraud, misrepresentation, or counterfeit goods
• Off-platform payment circumvention
• Harassment or abusive behavior in chat, comments, or messages
• Scraping, reverse engineering, or automated abuse of the platform

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time via your profile settings.

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dotto's liability is limited to the amounts paid by you to Dotto in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
