Seller Agreement

Dotto charges a platform fee on each successful sale. Standard tier: 7% for free members. Paid membership tiers unlock lower fees — see Membership. Payment processing (Stripe) is deducted separately.

Payouts run through Stripe Connect. You must complete Stripe's onboarding (identity, tax, bank) before your first payout. Payout schedule follows Stripe's default for your account.

• Photos must depict the actual item being sold
• Condition, grade, and authenticity must be described accurately
• No stock photos of comparable items
• No misleading titles or hidden defects

• Ship within 3 business days of payment
• Use tracked shipping with signature for orders over $250
• Package cards protectively (sleeve + top-loader minimum, box for slabs)
• Upload tracking to the order within 24 hours of shipment

Sellers agree to abide by our Buyer Protection program. When a refund request is opened you have 72 hours to respond. Failure to respond results in escalation to Dotto mediation.

• Counterfeit, altered, or misrepresented cards
• Stolen goods
• Items you don't have in hand and ready to ship

Dotto may suspend or ban sellers for repeated disputes, low ratings, prohibited items, or Terms violations. Pending payouts may be held pending resolution.
