Additional Detail: This is a Pick-Up Rare (PUR) from Set 7 ("All-Out Attack") of the Dragon Ball Super Divers series. Similar to the Majin Buu in your collection, this anniversary card features "Perfect Absorption" (完全なる吸収) art, depicting Cell in his Perfect Form with the silhouettes of Android 17 and Android 18 in the background. It was released as part of the 1st Anniversary celebration in November 2025.

Corners: 10.0

• The corners are pristine. The rounded factory cut is uniform across all four points with no evidence of the edge-crushing or "fuzziness" sometimes found in mass-produced sets.

Edges: 9.95

• The edges are exceptionally sharp. The transition between the holographic front and the matte back is clean. A tiny microscopic factory burr is present on the bottom-right edge of the reverse, typical of high-speed card collation.

Surface: 10.0

• The surface is flawless. The PUR-specific foiling is vibrant and lacks any of the vertical "print lines" or oil-slicking often seen on high-rarity holographic cards. No scratches or factory dimples are present.

Centering: 9.85

• Centering is elite. On the front, the character is perfectly positioned. On the reverse, the "B" icon and text boxes show a very slight top-to-bottom shift (approx. 52/48), which is common for this set but slightly off the 50/50 mark.

This Cell PUR is another spectacular example of the 2025 anniversary production quality. It is nearly identical in condition to the Majin Buu and Gotenks from the same set, showcasing very high quality control from Bandai.
