The back is significantly off-center both ways, which is very common for these early Dragon Battlers cards and is what brought the score down. Corners 9.85: Just about perfect, but a magnified view of the back bottom-left corner reveals one microscopic touch of wear at the very tip. Otherwise, these are pack-fresh sharp. Edges 10: No silvering, no whitening, no dings to speak of. The edges are as clean as they come, front and back. Surface 10: A beautiful, clean surface. The iconic checkerboard foil is free of any scratches, scuffs, or print defects that would hurt the eye appeal. With an average score of 9.46, this 15-year-old Arale-chan qualifies for our special Vintage 10 grade! The card is immaculate except for the centering on the back, which is typical for the Dragon Battlers era but holds back a higher score.
