Surface 9.5: Surface is remarkably clean. The front holo pops nicely without any visible scratches, and the back is free of scuffs. This unlicensed Bulla custom card is a real beauty, capturing that retro 90s aesthetic perfectly. Averaging out to a 8.375, it earns a well-deserved mint 8.5 final grade.
