Corners 9.5: Really strong corners here; no soft tips or whitening to speak of, which is tough for these older DBH cards. Edges 9.5: Clean cuts all around. The dark borders on the back are notorious for showing wear, but these look great. Surface 9: The shattered foil effect is popping beautifully. Kept it at a 9.0 just for some extremely faint, typical foil aging, but it presents gorgeously. Averaging a strong 9.375 across the board, this 2013 Oceanus Shenron SEC secures a Vintage 10. Finding these early Jaaku Ryu Mission Secret Rares in this condition is getting harder every day. An absolute gem for a dedicated Dragon Ball Heroes binder, congratulations!
