Centering 8.5: The front centering is quite nice, just a hair thicker on the right. The back, however, is noticeably shifted to the left, which is what primarily holds this score back. Corners 8.75: Overall the corners are solid, but a couple have some very light whitening and fuzziness under magnification, like the back-top-left, keeping them out of true Mint territory. Edges 8.5: A couple of small but clean white nicks are visible, one on the bottom front edge and another on the back right. It's very common on these older cards but does impact the grade. Surface 9.8: The surface is the star of the show here. It's clean, glossy, and free of any major scratches or print lines that would distract from the great artwork. With an average score of 8.89, this classic Son Gohan promo lands a fantastic Gem Mint 9. The surface is beautiful and presents incredibly well, while the main things holding it from a higher grade were the off-center back and a few minor spots of edge wear.
