Centering 8.5: The borderless front presents very well. However, the reverse is noticeably shifted to the left, with the right border being significantly thicker than the left, pushing it outside of Gem Mint tolerance. Corners 10: Corners are razor-sharp all around, front and back. No visible whitening or softness, exactly what you hope to see from a pack-fresh card. Edges 9.9: The front edges look immaculate, but the unforgiving black reverse shows a couple of tiny ticks of whitening along the top edge. Very minor, but enough to hold it back from perfection. Surface 10: The complex foiling on the front is flawless, with no print lines or scratches interrupting the art. The black reverse is equally clean, showing no scuffs or marks, which is tough for these cards. With an average of 9.60 across all subgrades, this fantastic Son Goku card lands a Near Flawless 9.5. This is a beautiful card from the 10th Anniversary set, celebrating the history of Dragon Ball Heroes, and it's nearly perfect. While the corners, edges, and surface are immaculate, the centering on the reverse side is shifted to the left, which was the only thing holding it back from a Gem Mint 10. A Pearl label is a huge result, congratulations!
