Centering 10: For a borderless card, the placement of the art and text elements is what counts. From the 'LSP' to the DBZ logo, everything is perfectly balanced and looks fantastic. Corners 10: All four corners are perfectly rounded and smooth. No dings, flattening, or imperfections to be found on this metal beast; a perfect set. Edges 9.8: Super clean overall, but the close-up revealed a couple of microscopic nicks on the bottom edge. They're incredibly tiny and likely from manufacturing, but they are there. Surface 8.75: The front has a noticeable vertical scratch in the polished, non-etched section of Goku's gi. The back also shows some light hairline scuffs that are visible in the light, which holds this grade back. This is a really cool serialized metal Goku, a great display piece! With an average score of 9.64, this lands a powerful Near Flawless 9.5. The centering and corners are perfect, but a noticeable scratch on the front surface kept it from reaching that Gem Mint 10 territory. Still, a prestige grade on a card numbered to only 100 is a fantastic result to be proud of.
